How does PharmaPlan work?
PharmaPlan is a turnkey pharmacy replacement service. You tell us your needs, and our team works actively to find the best possible match with a replacement pharmacist, according to your criteria: software, hourly rate, location, etc.
You’ll receive quick confirmation without having to search for it yourself.
How do you submit your replacement requests?
Send us your requirements:

You can either write your own message, or simply send us a photo of your schedule.
Our team is available 7 days a week to support you.

When is the best time to send my requests?
Our team takes your requests 7 days a week. The faster you send us or post your requests, the greater your chances of finding a replacement.
Ideally, you should plan your requirements around two to three months in advance, especially for more difficult periods such as summer or the holidays.
How can I increase my chances of finding a replacement pharmacist?
To maximize your chances, we recommend using both :

What are the fees for pharmacies?
Your requests are posted for free. You will only be billed after the replacement has been completed. Rates may vary depending on the time of year (e.g., summer, holiday season), but always remain competitive. Our team can provide details when you make your request.
How do you ensure the right match between pharmacists and pharmacies?
We know every professional in our network and take the time to match the right profiles with the right pharmacies. Each match takes into account the preferences of both parties to foster lasting and harmonious collaborations.
All the pharmacists we work with are licensed in Quebec and have been prequalified based on strict criteria.
Can I request the same pharmacist as last time?
Absolutely! If you had a positive experience with a pharmacist, you can add them to your favorites list. We’ll do our best to match them again with your pharmacy.
Do you offer replacement services for technicians or students?
Although PharmaPlan is aimed at replacement pharmacists, our complementary PharmaGap platform can also be used to post requirements for pharmacy technicians and pharmacy students.
What happens if no pharmacist is available?
We always do our best to respond to your requests, but it can happen that no pharmacist is immediately available, especially if the request is made at the last minute or for popular periods. In this case, our team will keep you informed and will continue to actively search. Posting your request on PharmaGap increases your chances of success.
Can I cancel a confirmed request?
Once a replacement has been confirmed by a professional, it cannot be canceled. This policy ensures respect for the work of our team, who found a replacement for you, and for the professional who committed to the shift.
