We use the information you provide for authentication and identity verification or to provide, maintain, protect, and improve our services and to protect the PharmaPlan platform and our users.
We do not share personal information with companies, organizations, and individuals outside of PharmaPlan unless one of the following circumstances applies:
- With your consent
We will share personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of PharmaPlan when we have your consent to do so. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.
- For legal reasons
We will share personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of PharmaPlan if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
- meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
- enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
- detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
- protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of PharmaPlan, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
If the company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Personal Data Rights
As a user of our software, you have the following rights:
- Access to your personal information: your personal information can be accessed and updated in your profile on our apps.
- Access to your work data: your historical work date can be obtained from the “reports” section or tab on our web or mobile apps. Work data is only retained for the most recent 7 years to comply with legal retention requirements and other business reasons.
- Right to account deletion and personal data erasure: you can request the permanent deletion of your account and erasure of your personal data. To do so, go to the “General” section in your profile on the web or mobile apps., and click on “Delete My Account”. Once you confirm, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted. If you login using your Facebook account, you will need to perform the following steps to remove access to your Facebook data.
- Go to your Facebook Account’s Settings & Privacy. Click “Settings”.
- Look for “Apps and websites”, where you will see all the apps and websites linked to your Facebook account.
- Scroll until you find the “PharmaPlan” app in the list of applications.
- Click “Remove”.
- At that point, your app activities are successfully removed from Facebook.
You can also request the deletion of your account from the PharmaPlan App simply by emailing us at support@pharmaplan.ca
Information Security
We work hard to protect the software and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:
- We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems.
- We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
Application
Our Privacy Policy applies to all the services that we offer.
Enforcement
We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. We also adhere to several self-regulatory frameworks. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.
Changes
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes).
